We hope you LOVE your purchase! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund, please contact us within 15 days after receipt. We will try our best to meet your request.

Initiate Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at service@missord.com:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reasons for the return/exchange
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.

We will process your return request within 3 days and provide you with further instructions.(During holidays, the response time will be delayed.)

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories(Necklaces, gloves, headpieces and lingeries, etc) non-returnable
  • Custom sizes/ styles are not eligible for return.
  • All swimwears have a removable padding for your protection. For hygiene reasons, swimwears with no hygienic padding cannot be returned or exchanged.

     *Please do not send packages to the waybill address. Any packages sent there will be refused.

    Return

    • Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
    • Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, your refund will be processed.

    Exchanges

    All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

    Please Note:

    • Please remember to keep the tracking information for your return package. To ensure a smooth return process and for the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package. 
    • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs if the return/exchange is not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment).
    • And we are unable to provide shipping labels.

    Final Sale Items

    Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked.All items in the clearance category are non-returnable. Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to Missord will be refused.

    Lost Items

    Missord is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.
    Missord is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

    Oder Cancellation

    • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
    • We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
